The Weekend of May 25-26, 2013 I spent in Bulgaria. I spent some time in Plovdiv my mother's home town and some time in Trankovo Village near Stara Zagora, where I own a village home... I had the greatest time and here are some of my photographic impressions... Village people in Bulgaria are warm, open and simple. They may be poor but they are generous with what they have... In Trankovo Village I truely relax amongst good friends... Trankovo has delicious fresh cow milk, the most delicious fresh free range chicken eggs, the most delicious tomatoes, cherry trees, pear trees, geese, and many people raise pigs which make for the most delicious pork meats and sausages...
